365 Days of Grace #188 & #189
Let’s just pretend that I posted this yesterday when I was supposed to.
I have so much fun watching LG and the things she does…
The other day, she found my Latin dictionary. It’s a small, but very thick book, just the right size for a little girl. She took it to her room and for the next few nights, she “read” a story out of it to her dad at bedtime. It was a story she made up about a rat (Why a rat? No clue.), and it had chapters (We have been reading chapter books lately.), so each night she would “read” a chapter and then put the bookmark in the book where she left off. It was quite adorable!
Yesterday, she made up a song. I can’t remember what the song was about now, but it had verses and a chorus which she repeated and it made pretty good sense lyrically. Melodically, it was pretty good as well – a catchy tune.
I think she’s going to be a creative type. ;)
There was something else I was going to write about, but I can’t for the life of me remember it now. Maybe it will come to me in time for tonight’s post. Which is technically “tomorrow’s” post since I’m post-dating this thing. ;)
