It’s Monday Isn’t It?
So, I almost messed up my pledge to try and post every day on the first day. Pa.thet.ic.
So, what happened in HeartSongs land today?
• Mike’s grandfather fell and had to be taken to the hospital. The x-rays came back negative, but they’re keeping him overnight for observation.
• Mike’s cell phone died and his charger was in my car which he was not. I was sort of slightly freaking out because he wasn’t answering his phone for hours. But he finally came home safely. I informed him he was going to buy another charger. :P
• I kissed my daughter good night for the last time as a three year old. Tomorrow she turns 4. We’re taking her on a family date to see Santa Claus and have lunch at her favorite restaurant.
• At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. – Albert Schweitzer
Today I’m thankful for those who inspire me.
