Morning Conversations
I hear the sound of little footsteps running down the hall.
LG: Mama! Mama! Mama!
Me: What sweetie?
LG: I run!
Me: Yes you did! Did you run fast?
LG: Run fast!
She turns and runs back down the hall to where her papa is.
A few seconds later, I hear the sounds of little footsteps running down the hall again.
LG: Mama! Mama! Mama!
Me: What sweetie?
LG: *cough cough* I sneeze!
Me: That’s a cough! *cough cough*
LG: I cough! *cough cough*
She turns and runs back down the hall “coughing” as she goes.
I hear her from the other room saying to papa:
LG: I need da water!
