It Didn’t Used to Be This Difficult

Kohl’s was having a big sale so I decided to go today…

First trip out the door, I had to turn around right after we walked out the door to make sure that I had my car and house keys in my purse. I did.

Second trip out the door, I had to turn around and go back in to check and see if I closed the door to Little Girl’s room so that Melody wouldn’t wreak havoc in there while we were gone. I had.

Third trip out the door, I had her almost in her car seat when I got a whiff of something not so pleasant. Back into the house to change a poopy diaper that would have been a blowout had I left it much longer. I should have checked before we left.

Fourth trip out the door, we actually managed to get in the car and go. Imagine that. I was almost too tired to go by that time, but we did. And got some cool stuff! Yay for shopping!

Woohoo! Kohl’s is a great place to shop. Glad you were finally able to make it into the car. ;)

Hah. I love it. It takes much longer to get out of the house with kids. It’s funny because Mike is all like “Are we ready?” And I’m like, “Yeah.” And about 45 minutes later, we’re actually in the car and on the road. It takes some time to get three ladies ready! (All he has to do is throw on some clothes adn hope they match.)

I love Kohls for the older two girls, but I still miss Mervyns something awful. :(
