The Tile Goeth In
This is what the room looked like Thursday morning after we cleaned it out Wednesday to prepare for the tile to be laid:

Today they are working on finishing the main field in the music room and hall and some of the cuts. So still a lot to be done. It’s about 1300 sq ft of tile, and tons of angles, so it’s not a quick job. But we’re getting tile! Hurray!

Tile looks good too ;) I think i’m going to paint either my kitchen or front room yellow. I’ve got a yellow fetish of late :)

Yellow is pretty. :) I think we are going with a moss green for the great room - lighter in the living room part and darker in the kitchen. And hickory cabinets. And black countertops (we have black appliances). May as well get it all done while everything is torn apart.
It’s a good thing our master suite is large since we’ve been stuck in it since Wednesday…lol. Fridge in the laundry room, microwave and high chair in the closet. What fun :P

Wow! I thought that was a Church or some other big building when I first saw the photos as you have so much room! It looks gorgeous, I love the tiles and the style of your house. Gives me house envy hehe :)
