I find it very interesting that this year with two rockers in the competition who are doing very well, the themes are much broader than they have been in past seasons. I wonder if that is a coincidence…or not?
Bo Bice - Remedy
The hat is weird…but you know Bo can pull off just about anything…he is SUCH a performer…didn’t like the song all that much…but really enjoyed his performance
Jessica Sierra - On the Side of Angels
Well, basically I didn’t like the song…thought her performance was average…not impressed
Anwar Robinson - I Believe I Can Fly
First time I’ve heard him pitchy…but the big part was big and strong…and I still like Anwar a lot!
Nadia Turner - I’m the Only One
Much better than last week…but I wish she would have made the song her own a bit more…love the edge she has in her voice though
Constantine Maroulis - I Can’t Make You Love Me
Constantine slowing it down doing Bonnie Raitt…interesting choice…Constantine knows how to play to the audience and the camera…I could see him being an actor if he doesn’t become the next idol…sigh…those smoldering eyes
Nikko Smith - Can We Talk
Nikko has a very smooth voice…it’s nice to listen to…and he’s getting better every week…AND I’d much rather watch and listen to him than Mario anyway…so THERE.
Anthony Federov - Something About the Way You Look Tonight
Nice performance…I think Anthony is just too happy - too nice all the time…but a better performance than of late for him…and a very strong ending!
Carrie Underwood - Independence Day
She seemed just a tiny bit under pitch tonight…but good song for her
Scott Savol - One Last Cry
I really wanted to like him…but it just didn’t do anything for me tonight
Vonzell Solomon - I Have Nothing
The ultimate codependency song…but she did a good job…she’s sneaking up on the leaders…they better watch out!

Who will leave? It’s getting hard now. Last week was a pretty clear cut answer, but this week? I honestly think it is between Scott, Anthony and Jessica. I hope Nadia’s fans will be back and move her on up.
