No, no, don't get your hopes up my dear readers, I'm not pregnant yet, but well, I think I had a sign from God in my fortune cookie the other day: “Your present plans are going to succeed.” And since getting pregnant is what I'm focusing on at the moment, that must be what it refers to, right? Hey! Even my skeptic husband was willing to believe it's a sign from God (not skeptical about God's existence, just about signs). Anyway, I have come to the conclusion that I'm going to be a really good mother. If people being nasty or treating my beloved husband in a way in which I don't consider appropriate brings out the Mama Bear in me…if the thought of anyone hurting my doggies makes me look for a weapon to defend them (even though we got them to defend ME)…then think what I'll be like when I have my own little person of my flesh and blood to nurture. I think I might do all right. :) So, dear God, do you hear that? BRING IT ON! :)
